The Webermelon analysis compared Bangladesh against India, Eastern Europe, and Latin America across four dimensions: cost per deliverable, deadline adherence rate, communication quality, and client satisfaction score. Bangladesh-based teams in dedicated partnership arrangements scored highest on deadline adherence and communication consistency, attributes that carry significant weight for agency owners managing client-facing relationships with tight timelines.
