Having read that this is a scam with regard to taking money from my account without my authorisation I have decided to cancel. I called FREE I was givenram no’s told to send products back. I am to send back recorded delivery and call them back with a bar code number from the parcel and they would cancel my account. Seems very easy, but I will still go to my bank and put a stop on anything from this company. From those who have had money taken out what reference/ co name appears on the bank statement? I called a straight away and a woman said the shipping fee was nonrefundable and they would not deliver the products and that i would receive an email confirming my cancellation withinwhich I did not receive. I called my bank and cancelled the card. Yesterday,to my surprise theproducts were still delivered to my home address and I returned them signed for delivery today.
