Lucknow, India An Indian Educator and Academic Evangelist, at Next Education India, Dr. Dheeraj Mehrotra has been awarded one of the highest honours of MAURITIUS, the TROCHETIA AWARD for his recognition for voluntary and dedicated services to the organization and for the welfare of the Community. This award has been given to him for his grit and determination towards the progress of Quality Education with reference to Excellence and TQM for the community of Teachers around the world, including MAURITIUS.

The award was announced during the concluding ceremony of the Quality Youth International Summit, held at Mauritius recently by Madhukar Narrain, Chairman, Mauritius Society of Quality Control Circles, Mauritius.

Mehrotra was also honoured recently by the Computer Society of India, Mumbai Chapter for his innovation in Education and has published over 50 books and has trained over 6000 teachers globally on Classroom Management, TQM, Six Sigma in Education, NLP and Experiential Learning. He also received the honour by the President of India in the year 2006 as one of the best teachers of the nation. Limca Book of records recognized him last year for being the only Indian to have developed over 150 Educational Mobile Applications.
