This doesn't seem to make sense at the moment but from a logical perspective, we need foreign diabo and it's at level 70, and even though it's going to be in use for a little less than an entire week. Those who have it will be doing it every day as they level the north end to try and get the diver remote or get the mounts but as we've already discussed out of those items anything that drops, including trinkets or other items that drop will be much less useful while you're leveling in Northland because let's say you're doing it still at 7576. You'd've got better greens from quest items than you're likely to receive from those.
