iN Education Inc., based in Summit County, expands connections across Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties and grows online options
Summit County, Ohio — Every parent knows the moment: a teenager sits at the dinner table, staring at a phone, and when asked about the future, the response is a shrug—no direction, no plan, no spark. Many young people today are overwhelmed by options but do not have guidance to explore who they are and where they’re headed.

With growing demand from parents and teachers for hands-on career exploration and youth voice programming, iN Education Inc. is inviting more schools and parents to connect.

Serving Northeast Ohio since 2006, iN Education Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps youth and young adults build clarity, confidence, and creativity through experiences that integrate career exploration and development, life coaching, and creative arts programming.

“We’re not about telling students what to do,” said DeAndre Nixon, founder of iN Education Inc. “We’re about giving them clarity to understand their goals, confidence to pursue them, and creativity to uncover new options.”

Based in Summit County, iN Education serves Northeast Ohio with a significant footprint in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties, while continuing to expand virtual offerings so geography is less of a barrier for families and teachers looking for support.

iN Education works with K–12 students and young adults up to age 30, particularly through its career exploration, development, and life-coaching programming. Program formats vary based on community needs—from 30–60-minute workshops and classroom experiences to multi-week cohorts (including 10-week programming) to full-day and multi-day creative arts experiences. Programs are frequently delivered in collaboration with local schools and community partners across the region.

Programs and services include:
● Cinterests — career exploration and development experiences that connect interests to real-world pathways
● Life Coaching Workshops & Presentations — purpose, confidence-building, and decision-making support
● TEAL Art Fest and Battle of the Teal — youth arts programming and an annual event celebrating creativity and expression
● Zealousness Blog Platform — youth-centered storytelling, reflection, and engagement

The organization is also celebrating its long-term community impact through its 20 Forward initiative, marking nearly two decades of service and persistent dedication to Northeast Ohio youth.
