Northeast, OH — iN Education, Inc. is expanding its education programs in Northeast Ohio to help more young people build confidence, discover their direction, and develop real skills for life after high school.

Every day, students across this region sit in classrooms without a clear answer to one simple question: "What am I supposed to do with my life?" Parents worry. Teachers try their best. But too many kids are still falling through the cracks, graduating without the tools they need to compete in today's world. That silence, that uncertainty, is exactly what iN Education was built to fill.

Founded in 2006 by DeAndre Nixon, iN Education has spent nearly 20 years showing up for young people who need more than a textbook. The organization's growing suite of youth development programs in Northeast Ohio addresses what schools often cannot: career awareness, creative expression, life coaching, and the kind of self-knowledge that actually prepares a young person for the real world.

"Our model is simple," said Nixon. "Your journey, your impact, our future. We meet students where they are and help them figure out where they want to go."
The organization's flagship offerings include Battle of the Teal. This arts program gives K-12 students a stage to express and perform, and Learn U enables students, families, and community members to access certified coaches for goal-setting, mindfulness, and personal growth. These are not add-ons. They are part of a complete approach to youth leadership and development programs across Northeast Ohio that takes the whole child seriously.

What makes iN Education different is access. Since 2005, the organization has kept its programs free to the students it serves. For just $15 in donations, one student gets full access to workshops and presentations.
