Akron, Ohio — iN Education Inc. is expanding access to its youth development programs that build self-leadership, career awareness, and creative expression. Grounded in the belief that self-knowledge is transformative, these programs and services equip young people with the clarity, confidence, and creativity they need to thrive in school, work, and life.

Today's youth are navigating a world that is faster, more complex, and more uncertain than ever. Traditional education alone isn't enough. To truly prepare young people to thrive, we must go beyond academics—fostering self-leadership, creativity, and real-world skills that help them lead with confidence and clarity. This initiative meets that need.

Through coaching and hands-on opportunities, iN Education helps young people explore their identity, grow their confidence, and understand real-world pathways. Participants are supported not just as learners, but as individuals with voices, goals, and the potential to contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

"We’ve spent nearly two decades building trust in our communities by showing up consistently and creating affirming spaces where youth can discover who they are and where they’re going. This expansion allows us to reach more families who are ready for that support."

The expansion includes iN Education’s signature youth development programs in Northeast Ohio: Cinterests Career Exploration, which provides hands-on career exposure; Zealousness, a platform for youth writing, reflection, and leadership; Battle of the Teal and TEAL Art Fest, which create vibrant spaces for youth voice and cultural expression; and LEARN U Life Coaching, which strengthens self-awareness and social-emotional well-being.

iN Education centers creativity in its work—using art, storytelling, and expression as pathways for self-exploration, learning, and leadership. These youth leadership and development programs in Northeast Ohio are designed to help participants develop transferable skills that serve them across contexts, not just in the classroom.

There are many affordable student learning programs in Northeast Ohio. At its core, this effort is about equity and self-actualization. iN Education believes every young person deserves the opportunity to understand their goals, pursue them with confidence, and explore new possibilities through creativity. By minimizing financial barriers and expanding access, iN Education is creating pathways for youth and young adults from all walks of life.

Enrollment is now open for iN Education’s programs across Northeast Ohio. Families, educators, and community partners interested in supporting youth development are encouraged to learn more and get involved. Together, we can equip the next generation to lead with purpose and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
