The new company was built around a specific problem the founders observed repeatedly while working on gutter systems across the shoreline: roof water managed by a well-functioning gutter system still ends up somewhere. When that somewhere is against a foundation, pooling in a yard, flooding a basement stairwell, or backing up against a commercial building, the gutter has done its job and the drainage system has not.
