ACCRA, Ghana – April 7, 2026 – Trostar, a new smart transport application developed by MC Multimedia, has officially launched in Ghana, introducing a digital solution designed to improve mobility, accessibility, and coordination across the transport sector.
Now available on the Google Play Store, Trostar integrates multiple transport services into one platform, enabling users to plan journeys, locate transport hubs, and access essential travel information in real time.
The application combines route mapping, fare estimation, and transport marketplace features into a unified system that supports both commuters and transport operators. Users can easily find stations, view estimated fares before starting their journey, and engage with transport-related goods and services directly within the app.
Trostar also delivers real-time updates, helping users stay informed about traffic conditions and transport developments. In addition, the platform includes offline functionality, allowing access to saved routes and important data even without internet connectivity.
“Trostar is built to simplify how people move and interact with transport systems,” said CEO Doji, lead Developer and CTO from MC Multimedia. “By providing structured information and accessible tools, we aim to support a more efficient and connected transport environment.”
The platform is designed for a diverse audience, including daily commuters, drivers, mates, transport unions, vendors, and public sector stakeholders. By addressing everyday transport challenges on land, water and in the air, Trostar contributes to a more organized and user-friendly mobility ecosystem.
Ghana serves as the initial launch market, with plans to expand transport data coverage nationwide and extend services to other African countries. Future development phases include global expansion into major cities.
Trostar is currently available for download on the Google Play Store. Users can search for “Trostar” to install and begin using the platform.
