Austin, Tx – May 6, 2019 –Walden Dental’s very own Dr. David Frank recently had the opportunity to visit two conferences in Germany. These conferences were invite-only, and only respected professionals were in attendance. By attending these conferences, Dr. David Frank is able to stay on top of the latest trends and research in the field of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Frank was invited to attend the IDS conference and to the Dentsply Sirona global headquarters and research facility.

The IDS conference is a 5-day exhibition that takes place in Cologne Germany. Two thousand three hundred and twenty-seven companies are invited to attend the conference. The companies are selected from sixty-four countries worldwide; providing the opportunity to share experience and information with professionals all over the world. Over one hundred and sixty thousand trade visitors from around one hundred and sixty-six countries attended the conference. The IDS conference is held once every two years. It is easily the most elaborate dental convention in the world. By attending, Dr. Frank was exposed to the most technologically advanced products, services, and equipment in the dentistry worldwide. While at the conference, he had the privilege of testing the latest and most advanced technology and equipment and given direct access to learn how it works. Dr. Frank had the distinct opportunity to experience the most modern elements in dentistry in the world today.

Dr. Frank was also invited to the Dentsply Sirona Global Headquarters and Research Facility in Mannheim, Germany. Only thirty dentists in the United States are invited to attend this. Key opinion leaders and chosen mentors of Cerecdoctors in Scottsdale, Arizona were among those in attendance. He was able to attend meetings with lead engineers and software teams on Dentsply Sirona’s CEREC development of the industry’s most precise intraoral digital scanner, Primescan, and learn directly from the source. Dr. Frank was able to gain knowledge during a question and answer session that took place with Dentsply Sirona key developers and engineers on current and up-and-coming technology. Break out groups were held and Dr. Frank was able to attend and discuss clinical testing and gain feedback from international dentists on current applications and processes for improvement to further advance the field. Dr. Frank was exposed to both tested and experimented new features of CEREC Primescan technology that was released in February of 2019.
