The video shows different services that the visitors of Burj Al Arab enjoy, such as luxury transportation and personal greeting. When guests just arrive, staff members meet and welcome each of them individually thus making a positive experience for guests, because they feel highly valued by the hotel.
In my opinion, Burj Al Arab is truly rated as a 7 Star Hotel, because it is better in comparison to other hotels due to some of its unique services that are not presented by other luxury hotels, like personal greeting, luxurious cars, and helicopters that can be used by guests for their personal needs. In addition, exterior and interior of the hotel are extravagant and unusual. Rooms are fashionable and represent luxury that is valued by customers. In addition, the visitors can order different dishes in restaurants the services of which are on the top level as well. Everything at Burj Al Arab is made to admire guests and satisfy them. Thus, it is rated as a 7 Star Hotel due to maximum customer satisfaction, which is clear from the video, because all the customers shown display positive emotions.
I think that no other hotel demonstrates business excellence equivalent to Burj Al Arab. Excellence is in the core of it. The hotel is based on luxury and high status, and those features are present everywhere. Interiors with expensive furniture and materials as well as staff members who are ready to satisfy all wants and needs is only a couple of examples.
