REQUEST FOR QUOTATION:- The very first step is when our existing & potential customers reach us via phone or email, stating their exact requirements for cementing equipment. We take in account their queries and consult our technical team, as we target to produce a detailed & comprehensive quote within a time span of 24-48 hours.


CAPTURING FEEDBACK:- We then touch base and explain the quotes to our clients with intent to capture their feedback. We work along in mutual coordination in matters of costing, delivery, schedule and other similar parameters to ensure that we not only deliver machinery, but render customer delight as we fulfill each order.

ISSUE OF PURCHASE ORDER:- Next in line is the issue of purchase order. At Gulf Well Solutions, we make it a point to commence the production process immediately once the PO defines the fine details. We also ensure that the customer is well-informed about the progress through official communication & acknowledgements.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS:- We take utmost care in bringing unmatched quality results on the table. Latest CNC technology & superior mechanization is deployed to produce precision equipment that is competent to meet the standards & criticality of Oil & gas industry. All our production units are monitored by ERP systems that generate automated reports on customer orders.

WELL-TIMED DELIVERY:- The last & most crucial step is efficient delivery within requisite timelines. We inform the customer & provide a packing list/CIPL once finished goods are ready for pickup/delivery so that freight forwarder can be arranged accordingly. Certificate of Conformity & Material Test Certificate is also packed in the consignment and also be requested via email.
