Greensafe International announces its comprehensive Occupational First Aid Course, offering vital life-saving skills, CPR+AED training, and regulatory compliance certification for Singapore workplaces.

SINGAPORE — Greensafe International Pte Ltd, a premier workplace safety consulting and training institution, has opened registration for its highly rated Occupational First Aid Course (OFAC). This intensive 3-day (23.5-hour) program focuses on training designated workplace first aiders to act confidently, swiftly, and effectively during real-world medical emergencies and industrial accidents.

Under Paragraph R5(2) of the Workplace Safety and Health (First-Aid) Regulations, companies in Singapore are legally required to appoint certified first aiders based on their workplace size and risk level. Greensafe's classroom-based program addresses this statutory requirement directly by teaching participants how to systematically assess casualties, manage fractures, treat toxic chemical exposures, and administer life-saving Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) alongside Automated External Defibrillator (AED) devices.

"When an accident occurs on the shop floor or in an office, the first few minutes dictate the outcome," said a training coordinator at Greensafe International. "Our Occupational First Aid Course goes far beyond theory. By keeping a low 1:6 practical trainee-to-trainer ratio, we give every learner extensive, hands-on practice in wound bandaging, shock management, and resuscitation techniques so they are truly prepared to save lives."
