The TTM Awards & Gala 2026 brought the 10th edition of TTM Maldives to a memorable close on 27 August 2026, celebrating a decade of excellence, collaboration and growth across the Maldivian tourism industry.
Held at CROSSROADS Maldives, the gala recognised outstanding achievements across 32 categories, including several new awards introduced for the 2026 edition. The expanded programme highlighted the continued diversity and development of the Maldives' tourism and hospitality sector while recognising resorts, hotels, travel companies and industry partners contributing to its success.
Among this year's winners, Siyam World Maldives was named Most Innovative Resort, while COMO Maalifushi received the Best Wellness Resort award. Gili Lankanfushi, Maldives was recognised as Most Sustainable Resort, and Velaa Private Island Maldives received the Leading Luxury Resort title.
Other notable winners included Centara Grand Lagoon Maldives for Best Emerging Resort, SO/ Maldives for Best Boutique Resort, Amilla Maldives for Best Nature Resort, The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands for Luxury Family Resort, and Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort and Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives for Best Family Resorts.
The awards also recognised excellence across specialised segments. Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi was named Best Surf Resort, Patina Maldives, Fari Islands received the Luxury Honeymoon Resort award, and JW Marriott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort was recognised as a Luxury Wellness Resort. SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton won Best MICE Destination, while Sun Siyam Iru Veli Maldives was named Best Wedding Destination.
TTM also recognised leading travel trade partners and airlines through its TTM Top Producers and TTM Top Producers – Airlines categories. The recognised partners included major international travel companies, online travel platforms, destination management companies and airlines that continue to contribute to the Maldives' tourism industry.
The evening opened with a traditional Bodu Beru performance before guests enjoyed dinner, live music by Equatic Vibe and a fire show. Photo and 360-degree photo booths added an interactive element to the celebrations, while long-standing TTM partners were also recognised for their continued support.
Bringing together more than 600 travel trade professionals, the TTM Awards & Gala 2026 marked a fitting conclusion to the 10th edition of TTM Maldives and celebrated the industry's achievements while looking ahead to continued collaboration and growth.
