Muscat, Oman – Tivoli Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Tivoli La Vie Muscat Hotel & Residences, marking the brand's debut in Oman and its fourth property in the Middle East.

Located in Madinat Al Irfan, Muscat Hills, approximately 15 minutes from Muscat International Airport, the new hotel combines Tivoli's European-inspired hospitality with contemporary Omani design.

The property features 79 rooms and suites, including golf-view accommodations and a spacious two-bedroom Presidential Suite. It is also Oman's first hotel situated on a championship golf course, offering guests direct access to the 18-hole Muscat Hills Golf Course, managed by Troon and featuring the country's only Toptracer golf facility.

Dining options currently include Solé, serving Mediterranean cuisine, alongside a lounge and the Nineteenth Sports Bar. Additional venues, including Benihana, Seen Rooftop, and The Coffee Club, are scheduled to open later this year.

Guests can also enjoy a rooftop infinity pool, fitness centre, meeting facilities, and the Juman Ballroom, which accommodates more than 500 attendees. The city's first Anantara Spa is also expected to open at the property later in 2026.

To celebrate the opening, Tivoli is offering a limited-time promotion allowing guests to stay three nights while paying for only two.

The opening represents another milestone in Tivoli Hotels & Resorts' regional expansion strategy, with an additional property, Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer in Bahrain, scheduled to open later this year.
