Seabound Adventures
Seen from the water, Silhouette Island feels wilder, more remote - a sweep of green peaks, bright shorelines, shifting light. For travellers drawn to open space and unhurried discovery, the sea becomes its own kind of escape.
The Sunset Cruise brings an easy, intimate close to the day as you glide across the water with canapés and sparkling wine, and stories of the island carried on the evening air. The Luxury Sunset Cruise aboard the “Ocean Queen” adds another layer of luxe - gourmet selections and island views washed in gold.

For something more flexible and carefree, the Island Tour lets you shape your time on the water with a 2- or 4-hour journey aboard the “Princess” or “Ocean Ryder”. Morning or afternoon, the route unfolds through serene bays, lush scenery, and beautiful shorelines. If you choose the longer option, angling can also become part of your trip.
Then there is the Luxury Ocean Cruise aboard the “Ocean Queen” - 4 or 6 hours across the waters of Silhouette and North Islands, with time for swimming, fishing, and snorkelling.

Snorkelling and Diving
Around Silhouette, the island’s granite coastline shapes more than the view - beneath the surface, boulders, crevices, and sheltered coves create calm pockets where marine life thrives. As part of a National Marine Park, these waters feel beautifully protected, with hard corals, soft corals, and sponges colouring the reef, and visibility often stretching from 15 to 30 metres. Snorkelling and dive sites are all reachable by boat. At Anse La Passe, the house reef opens into a quieter world of batfish, parrotfish, rays, surgeonfish, and, at times, hawksbill turtles gliding through the blue.

Sport
You can also enjoy staying active on land. Padel and tennis courts await, set against a lush island backdrop. Claim one for a morning match beneath bright skies, or a late-afternoon rally as the light softens and the air cools. Our six-hole mini-golf course offers a different kind of play. The gentle click of the ball, the soft island breeze, the simple joy of the game. It's a playful challenge for an afternoon with family, or a quiet contest just for two.

Fishing
Fishing here feels less like a pursuit and more like an island pastime. Ideal for beginners and families alike, the 2-hour sunset fishing trip eases you into island life. Bait and equipment are provided, and potential catches include emperor, grouper, small red snapper, and job fish.
Coastal Trolling takes you further into deep blue waters. Over three hours, from 8 am to 11 am, the boat moves slowly while the line trails behind - calm on the surface, anticipation underneath. Depending on the day, catches may include tuna, bonito, rainbow runner, or dorado.
On eligible meal plans, the catch-and-eat option brings the experience back to shore - your fish prepared by our chefs just the way you like it.

Hiking
Beyond the shoreline, Silhouette reveals another side of itself; lush, steep, storied, and untamed. Guided hikes lead you into the island’s wild heart, where rainforest trails, remote beaches, and historic sites wait to be discovered.
Grande Barbe is one of the most challenging hikes in the Seychelles, an extreme trail of around 14 kilometres, a 415-metre climb, and roughly four hours each way. The reward is scale and remoteness: a striking viewpoint, a pristine 2-kilometre beach, the remains of the island’s second-largest village, and the quiet presence of giant tortoises in the jungle.
Jardin Marron takes you deep into lush tropical rainforest in search of the Coco de Mer, the largest seed in the world and one of Seychelles’ most remarkable natural treasures. This hard-level route covers 4.6 kilometres with a 350-metre ascent and takes around 2.5 hours each way.
Anse Mondon offers a medium-difficulty hike to the island’s north side, where a serene bay waits beyond 6.5 kilometres of trail and a 300-metre rise. Along the way, Belle Vue viewpoint opens out in light, distance, and sea.
Ramasse Tout is gentler - more family-friendly, and rich in island history. Over just 1 kilometre and around 30-minutes each way, the trail passes through lush greenery to a historic site once known as a thriving coconut plantation, with a lovely viewpoint towards Mahé.
If you prefer to explore on foot without a guide, hiking bag rentals are also available through the Activity Centre. You may rent an empty bag, or choose a packed version consisting of a sandwich, pastries, fruit, a soft drink, and water, with quantities based on the hike duration.

Transfer to La Digue
Embark on a day trip to La Digue, renowned for its beautiful beaches. Once there, you'll be free to explore the island at your own pace. Cycle along scenic bike paths, and visit tiny beach bars and beachfront cafés. The celebrated beauty of Anse Source d’Argent beach invites you to roam as you please. Whether you are discovering nature or basking in the sun, the island offers a blend of adventure and serenity.

Creole Culinary Culture
On slower afternoons, Silhouette Island reveals itself through flavour. The Creole Cooking Class at Grann Kaz is a hands-on lunch experience led by a local chef, where you prepare one starter, one main course, and one dessert using fresh island ingredients. Water and soft drinks are included, and the class is bookable on days when the restaurant is open.
The Beach Picnic offers another kind of pause - a stylish setup and a gourmet picnic menu with your choice of location at Four Degrees Beach, in front of your beachfront villa, or at Spa beach.

At Niva Labriz, every day can take a different form - a steep trail, a boat at sunset, a line in the water, a long lunch by the shore. You follow the light, the mood, the weather. The island does the rest.
