Jerm, shortened from Jeremy will be the new "badge" of the business. The idea is for the users to feel more like communicating with a friend, not a business. The callers from the customer care department have all been through a little training on "friendliness" and bringing up some joy, from the otherwise boring service call.

In order for the clients to really feel the benefits of this new start, new services had been added the the service list and old, confusing ones had been removed.

With the new name, Jerm Pro Cleaners obtained some new " toys" also. And now providing quality leather upholstery cleaning for your leather sofa or your car interior. What do we mean by "toys"? Some brand new cleaning equipment, of course! And with it we can do the job even more professional than before.

Here comes the fun part. We want to be better for our returning customers and even better for our new customers. But how to that ?! The answer is simple, some discounts. And we have established a new discount scheme on combining different types of services.
