Dr. Manning earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech in 2022, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2026. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine - areas that complement the range of services offered at Caring Hands Animal Hospital.

Dr. Manning grew up in a military family that lived in several countries, including Japan, before settling in Northern Virginia for the latter portion of her childhood and teenage years. After eight years in southwest Virginia completing her undergraduate and veterinary education, she is pleased to return to the region she considers home.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Manning enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband share their home with their rescue dog, Scooby, and their orange tabby cat, Oliver.
