Alcohol and Drug Evaluation is a medical assessment that analyzes your alcohol and/or drug use. The evaluation can be conducted privately in an office, clinic or on the client’s site. The goal of this evaluation is to determine whether you have an addiction issue, and if so, what type of treatment would be best for you.

The assessment typically takes about 1 hour and includes several questions about any possible history of substance abuse and/or any other concerns related to a drug or alcohol addiction.
