Davie, FL — BPM REIA (Broward, Palm Beach, Miami Real Estate Investors Association) will host a free, in-person workshop titled "20 Ways to Invest in Real Estate" on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Nova Southeastern University's Carl DeSantis Building, Room 3031, located at 3050 Ray Ferrero Junior Boulevard, Davie, Florida, 33314.

The workshop is designed for both new and experienced investors and will introduce attendees to 20 distinct strategies for building wealth through real estate — including creative financing, wholesaling, rental properties, rehabbing, and long-term buy-and-hold strategies.

The session will be led by Anish Dave, CEO of BPM REIA and President of National REIA, one of the largest networks of real estate investor associations in the country. Dave brings decades of hands-on investing experience and will walk attendees through practical, real-world strategies they can apply regardless of their starting point or budget.
